Accident Compensation 4 U No Win No Fee Agreement
Accident Compensation 4 U's No Win No Fee promise (often referred to as a conditional fee agreement) is extensive and covers you whether we win or lose your claim for compensation.
How does it work?
-
If we win your case, you will not have to pay anything
as our expenses will be covered by the other party's insurance company.
You will keep ALL of the compensation that you have been offered or
awarded by the Court. Your legal costs are covered by a separate claim.
-
If we lose your case, both your solicitor's expenses and the third party's expenses will be covered by insurance. As a result you will not have to pay anything.
In other words: Win or Lose you will NEVER have to pay anything. This is the Accident Compensation 4 U promise.
You should be aware that in some cases, a solicitor will not be able to
pursue your claim on a No Win No Fee basis. During the assessment of
your claim, your solicitor will discuss this with you.

Trade Union Legal Assistance
If you are a member of a Trade Union, you could be entitled to legal
assistance from them. In this case, your expenses and legal costs will
be covered by them as part of their service to you. When contacting us,
please let us know if you are a member of a Trade Union.

Legal Expense Insurance
As part of your Home & Contents Insurance or your Motor
Insurance policies, you might have opted for Legal Expense Insurance.
In this case, your legal costs will be covered by that insurance
policy. During the assessment of your claim, mention to your solicitor
whether you have Legal Expense Insurance and he will review with you
your policy to ensure that this is an option for you.

Private Funding
Funding your claim privately can be risky and costly. If you win
your case, the Court might order the other party to also pay for your
legal costs. However, if this is not the case, you will need to pay
them out of the compensation you have been awarded. If you lose your
claim however, you will be responsible for paying both your legal costs
and the other party's.
You have the option of taking out an After The Event Legal Expense
Insurance. Premiums however are high. During the assessment of your
claim, your solicitor will be able to explain this option to you.
